Thermoplastic sheet for creative projects
A sister product to Worbla's Finest Art and Black Art, Pearly Art has less tack and stretch than its counterparts, but offers the thinnest, finest texture and white base. It is often used for fine, detailed work and detailing. It is also suitable for projects where a metallic effect is desired, as its smoother surface requires less priming before painting.
It is easy to use: Worbla can be shaped into complex curves without a vacuum former and is self-adhesive when activated, meaning that no glue is needed to join the pieces together. The plastic sheets can be shaped with hot air, water, or steam to suit your needs. There is no waste, as the pieces can be reheated and reshaped multiple times. If you have never tried Worbla before, customers often compare it to clay or beeswax when heated: it becomes pliable and easy to shape, and when cooled, it becomes hard and stable. Worbla can be built up in layers, smoothed onto EVA foam, foil, wire, XPS, or similar base forms.
Worbla's Finest Art, Black Art, Pearly Art, Deco Art, and Crystal Art products work very well together because these products adhere well to each other when heated.
