About Us – Cosplay Workshop
Cosplay Workshop began as a one-person passion project. Back in 2019, I had the idea of creating a webshop where cosplayers could find all the essential materials they need – locally, quickly, and easily. The first attempt faced unexpected challenges, so after a short break I decided to restart the project with renewed energy and determination.
In May 2024, we officially opened our webshop, and since then I’ve been dedicated to supporting the cosplay and creative communities with high-quality materials. My mission is to make premium products – such as Worbla, EVA Foam, Flexi Paint and many others – more accessible, especially those that are usually very hard to find.
What started as a solo project has now grown into a collaborative effort. I work together with a team of talented young freelancers, and along the way I’ve gained amazing friends who supported the growth of Cosplay Workshop.
Today, we are proud to serve not only Hungary but also several countries across Eastern Europe. Our webshop is available in English and Romanian, making it easier for cosplayers in regions where such materials are difficult to find to finally access everything they need for their projects.
For me, Cosplay Workshop is more than just an online store – it’s a creative community and the realization of a dream. On our blog, we regularly share tutorials, tips, and inspiration to help you bring your own cosplay ideas to life.
Thank you for reading our story. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

About me

My name is Anna Andréka, and I am a dressmaker, cosplayer, and entrepreneur by profession, from Hungary
I have been making costumes since elementary school, as I was drawn to this world from a very early age. During high school, I joined a drama club, where I was introduced to theater, and that's when I fell in love with cosplay, which encouraged me to do a lot of research and learn new techniques. After my studies, I knew that I wanted to work in costume and prop making, so I consciously started to build my career in this direction.
I worked in a costume rental shop and a sewing workshop, where I gained relevant experience in tailoring, sewing, and costume making. I was also fortunate to gain experience as a dresser in theater and film work. Now, after nearly six years in the profession, I confidently take on every new job and am always open to challenges so that I can continue to expand my experience.
I learned about commerce, web design, and marketing while launching my webshop, which opened up more and more opportunities for me. I work and study to provide my clients and customers with ever-higher quality. For me, this is not just a job, but a passion that allows me to share my creativity and knowledge with others.
