These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the website www.cosplayworkshop.eu, operated by Cosplay Workshop – Andréka Anna E.V. (registered in Hungary, Tax ID: 45700857-1-33, EU VAT: HU45700857, Registration No.: 58287394, Address: 2360 Gyál, Rózsa u. 7, Hungary).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Cosplay Workshop (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) regarding the sale of products through our webshop.

2. Products and Availability

We offer cosplay-related products and accessories as listed on our webshop.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change.

Availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you promptly and refund any payments made.

3. Ordering Process

Browse products and add them to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and provide the required information.
Select your preferred payment and shipping method.
Confirm your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
A contract is formed once we confirm your order via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (or HUF for Hungarian customers) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment options include:
- SimplePay
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Other methods as indicated at checkout
Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Hungary, the EU, and selected international countries.

Delivery is handled by DPD and other courier partners.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email: cosplayworkshop.eu@gmail.com.
You must return the goods at your own expense, unused and in their original condition.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exemptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products
Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

7. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging.
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

8. Warranty and Liability

We comply with EU consumer protection laws regarding product warranties.
If a product is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or delays.

9. Account Registration

Customers may register an account for easier order management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our webshop (images, designs, logos, texts) is owned by Cosplay Workshop and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
