Medium Density EVA Foam is a, very light and flexible foam material that is durable and strong.
For those who have not yet encountered Eva Foam, it can best be compared to the well-known craft foam, but it is larger in size and density. The material is easy to handle, cut, heat mold, and sand, making it ideal for both beginners and professionals. Contact adhesives are best suited for gluing, as they create extremely strong bonds on Eva Foam sheets. Flexible primers and wood glues are also suitable for priming, making the material more dimensionally stable and easy to paint with acrylic paints. It is suitable for cosplay, handicrafts, models and dioramas, theater and film costumes, props and sets, but is also excellent for many other purposes.
We recommend it for details, more organic and complex shapes, smaller armor elements, accessories, models, and coating basic shapes (e.g., XPS, PVC pipes, wood). It can also be easily shaped when covered with leather or faux leather, allowing you to achieve special clothing and costume effects.
The best choice for a Worbla base is medium-density EVA foam, 2 mm and 5 mm versions.
